Cancellation Policy

Please make any changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may not accommodate as the order enters processing. If canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos to info@glauri.com. Damaged packaging without affecting the product is not considered damage. We assess eligibility for a replacement at no cost.

Shipping and Delivery

While we aim for timely delivery, we're not responsible for delays outside our control. For delivery issues, contact the courier. We're not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Ensure the correct shipping address at checkout. If incorrect and not notified within 24 hours, you won't be entitled to a resend or refund.
