Step 1. Find Your Fit
Try all three tip sizes (Small, Medium & Large). The right one feels snug without pressure or looseness. This is how you get the seal that foam and one-size plugs never gave you.
Step 2. Attach Your Tip
Press your chosen tip onto the earplug body until it clicks securely into place.
Step 3. Twist In Gently
Place the tip into your ear canal and twist the retaining hook forward until it tucks into the curve of your outer ear. The hook is what keeps the seal locked in all night.
Step 4. Check the Seal
